We are aware of the challenges that continue to haunt our 29 villages and five new established regions. The challanges are not new as they are experienced nationally across provinces. We are aware of the challanges of poverty, unemployment, illiteracy,underdevelopment and the youth. The challange of the youth is of paramount importance in such a nation with international reputation and local acclaim. The perverse and idle tendencies that were reinforced by the malfunctioning societies and families during colonialism and the rapid advance of the world towards development have left scars and marks that affect young people today. The lack of role models and sufficient and necesssary education make young people susceptible to the corrupt forces of nature and human life. We have to admit that they will never find the light on their own without concern and constant engagement of societal leaders in their affairs.
